Our Journey 

Before you read our story, We want to tell you that dreams do come true. Massive targets when combined with right strategies always leads to great results. We believe our story will help you instill that belief in yourself. 

Hi, It's Pravin Wakode, Commander of this ship called ESRO Magica. I was born in village, did my primary education at rural area and for secondary education came to Pune which is a called Oxford of east which is based in India. 

Since my childhood, I had a huge interest in space science & technology, especially in Astronomy & Rocket Science.  In 5th std. I have decided to become a scientist, and fond of reading science related books only.

I decided to follow this passion of mine whenever I will get an opportunity. So after I did my diploma in ENTC, I joined Aerospace Engineering in Pune and further did M. Tech in that from Yell University. While doing my engineering I was honoured with the youngest scientist of the year award in 2016. And also sci-tech, red planet award in the same field. My achievement leads me to campus job offer of very handsome package.

"My First Introduction To Space Science Community Internationally" 

Since my childhood days, I had a huge interest in teaching & learning about space science.

My first international interaction happens when I lead & organised world's first Space Quiz World Cup and International Conference with IOAA (International Organisation of Aspiring Astronauts) under the banner of Space Magica Community which was initiated by me.

54+ countries joined this moment. Bulgaria was a First World Cup holder. Good beginning :) 

"Education of Space science & Research Orientation"  

This was the time when along with from those 54+ countries students, we got enquiries from Gaza Strip and Afghanistan also about our courses and those students from 5th std to 12th std shown interest to learn more about space science, do research on our platform. Even under the environment of terror they too want to explore space, become astronaut, astronomer, rocket and space scientist. and that was the beginning of ESRO (Education in Space & Research Orientation) MAGICA (Making AGreat Impact on upcoming Class of Astronauts, Astronomers, Space & Rocket Scientist)

Something that I chose because I have lost lot of my time and money in lack of such guidance.
In my past if I would have got such platform, I would have done more, explore more than I have achieved till date.😀

And nobody had taught us that 'in our teenage era' a thing like astroid hunting, rocket making and analog astronaut training existed the way it is in developed countries like UK, USA right from School Level.

I was bombarding with handsome package job offers again when I became a part of a noble teaching arena...

I was bombarding with handsome package job offers again when I became a part of a noble teaching arena in Edutech and spacetech both.

And the challenge was I have to make this available at reasonable cost with reliable content and reachable to every students from any part of the world.

I was able to grow my Space Science Enthusiast team size to more than 37+ people which consist of Analog Astronauts, Renowned Astronomers, Astrophysicist, Astro Biologist, Space & Rocket Scientist, Educationist from all over the world within a span of a few months.

Then I encountered with the SWIFT Pedagogy by my Mentor who was my consultant & a learning Mentor in this journey so far, and who was more than just award winning educationist, he is a passionate learner to help and assist students to live their passion. His mission is to inspire students to draw and achieve their mission in life. and his vision is same and aligned with our vision to create explorers. 

The reason for anyone's success in professional life is just not a skill set but mainly SWIFT set specially in space science.

Even when we apply it in personal life, The same happens in life as well, you become Relentless & Non-Stop.
Those who don't want to Stop waiting for the results & just keep on pushing the limits. & want the results to automatically come in, need to strengthen their SWIFT set.

"The Connector" 

Immediately after finishing student success fit product ready, we get a connector who can find, analyse, examine and counsel in the process to those students who are fit to become part of Super 1000 Jr. Scientist Program, a name given to this revolutionary journey by the space career counselling path designer Dr. Yuvraj Lambole, a man appreciated by Ex Rashtrapati Pratibhatai Patil for his work in the field of student development, counselling and consulting, a educationist with 18 plus degree holder in the filed of personal development.

We started with a SOAP Analysis process specially for students which become a turning point in life of students. Realization to Resolution to Revolution. 

Meanwhile we found out pains (problems) students facing in the field of space science & technology education.

The courses were mostly in developed countries and were unaffordable, no structured curriculum so undefined, no expert teachers in school so obsolete and without proper guidance by those who have been there and done that, there was a dilemma.

And here we formed our Cosmic Curriculum Committee, our internationally acclaimed own board to eradicate these pains.

Where we provide solution which is affordable, training for teachers, curriculum & guidance by achievers.

And who can be better than Janhavi Dangeti, who has been appointed as President of this C3 board. An analog astronaut at NASA whose parents literally sold their land to make her dream come true. who can better understand the pains of students and explain, design the path better who herself have been experienced successfully.

From Janhavi Dangeti we came to know the ins and outs about the journey. and encountered with Student Rocket Launch Program at NASA.

And we decided than let's build and launch India's first student made rocket and launch by students only.

And here we found our next GEM Shreya Mane, A Rocket Scientist. who become Vice President of C3 Board & Lead this rocketry project.

The Pride of ESRO Magica who have herself published more than 50+ research papers and now guiding our students to do so in their school life only. Very few got such a mentor, such a platform at such a early stage.

When you have pure intension and powerful mission,
even the legends are also ready for submission.

Jahangir Sheikh Sir, appreciated by 2 Former President of India for his work in the field of science and research.

Even the Mr. Perfectionist called him a real Rancho of 3 Idiots whose character he portrayed in movie as per his own words.

He is head of our practicals and bootcamps where students get hands on practice on space science related projects.

When we started our journey we were few, now we are a team of experts with 37+ scientists, educationist, experts in operations and admin, media etc.  

To name a few we have Puja Kumari (Working with NASA on a project called Shukra Tara - Astrobilogy project on Venus cloud city), Kervi Mehta (Space Enthusiast & PR expert),

Sumit Pardeshi (Spokesperson), Saurabh Wakode (Head of Study Tours to future park, Dubai; NASA; ISRO etc), Kirti Unde ( Head of Operations)

And it was now time for the big switch. 

"Eureka Moment Of Our Journey" 

So just like I mentioned above, We used to learn and share Space Science Knowledge every single day & night from every day. 

Now in one of those initiatives, we conduct Space Quiz World Cup, International Conferences, Various webinars on Space.

And when we declared our first batch, we were bombarded by the enquiries to learn about space science.

And not only that, after the batch kids were literally cried and shared that they were waiting for such platform where they will learn, implement and be in the filed of space science sector to complete their dream to become astronaut, astronomer, space scientist and rocket scientist.

we were overwhelmed by the response, and decided to launch it professionally.

When we applied for start up india certificate of recognition, we have been told that it take minimum 3 months to get that and that too lot many failed to get it.

And as our vision, mission, values, purpose wasso clear, we get in just 3 days after we apply for it in the field of space science and technology education.

"Breakthrough Authenticating Phase" 

We wanted to go full-fledged into the space science and technology world. 

But again no mentoring meant we had to create my own path so upcoming generation should not feel the same.

We apply for international recognition to check the validity of our course.

Validity by STEM.Org which is valid in 80+ countries in the world for Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths related education.

And here also after the extensive, detail, thorough interview of our directors, tutors, pedagogy, product, we got it. not only that the director of STEM>Org got so much fascinated by our work, he shown interest to assist and guide us to take our platform worldwide. That phase of extensive learning and intensive trials & testing gave us that exponential boost that everything we started touching then onwards was turning into gold. 

"Space to Base for Space" 

We always knew that we were good at Space Science and Technology education which will create all round performers, Specially in the field of Space

And to do that we also need a base, our own Space Lab, Analog Astronaut Training Centre where we can teach Practicals and practically Rocket Science and Astronaut Trainings.

And again we get connected with SVCET (Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering & Technology, Rajuri, Maharashtra) who joins hands with us to create those upcoming class of Astronauts, Astronomers, Space Scientist and Rocket Scientist.

and Thus India's first space Lab, the biggest one with every tool and space needed started...

Well, it should be easy for you to figure out that we did not have a lot of money or resources at our disposal

So one good thing that we kept on doing was, whatever we learned we kept on sharing in our student community.

Sometimes even after approaching the other Space Organisations & institutes from different places.

Whatever research we generated, right from sounding rocket, ballon, astrobiology project etc. we share, teach that content to students, space enthusiasts through the online tools, LMS software, online & offline training programs, attending the events, conferences & everywhere where we could that could help the space enthusiasts in their space career journey.

We tried multiple space platforms and resources.

Strived in many.

Succeeded in a few.

But we knew that success was always around the corner.

"Dream Do Come True" 

Right from childhood to many of us, One Role Model is same, APJ Abdul Kalam, Missile Man of India.

His vision of 2020 has inspired lot many and literally gave us wings of fire. The other two were

And that was our dream to work with ISRO and contribute in their Goal and Collaborate in the same purpose. 

The purpose of Education of Space & Research Orientation & Create Scientists from every house. Making A Great Impact on upcoming Class of Astronauts, Astronomers, Space & Rocket Scientists.

Then we approached for the same to ISRO was the game-changer.

And despite of very short span in this industry compare to giants, looking upon our commitment, intellect, zeal, passion & love for humanity and nation, they appointed us their Registered Space Tutor.

Similarly, we did provide more such platforms like IASC with NASA launched campaign gave exposer to student to hunt asteroids, with the ideology of the sooner the better, what world call it as catch them young.

And students proved us right by finding the astroids in the first campaign.

And it was not just the first time, it was a start time of ESRO Students. The Space era has begun and beginners were from ESRO Magica.

"Student Success in the field of Education of Space" 

There is so much that we learned while practicing everything from the scratch that we know that if this information can get into the right head, it will bring massive impact to this sector or individual who want to launch their career in this sector, which is Space.

And as a instance, 

we were appreciated for creating such success stories, providing a space career launcher and a launchpad we got the awards like Rashtrabhakti & Emerging Start Up of the Year in the field of Space Science & Technology Education. 

In 1 line what we do We provide online & offline education of Space Science & Technology to students to awaken the astronaut, astronomer, space & rocket scientist within the space enthusiast child.

Our recent star performer, astroid hunter "Avnish Pande" came to us with the idea to put a dent in the universe by exploring universe. 

We helped him in his exploration & he was able to hunt/search 4 astroids in his first campaigns before completing his course to become Jr. Scientist in the coming year. 

In lockdown of 2020, Avnish was spending his whole time to learn about space science. Right from watching videos to reading books. that's what Avnish Parents told us. Then came the most challenging challenge. They wanted to shift their son Avnish Pande's focus to the real and authentic, reliable space education.

They were searching he most reliable, reachable and reasonable platform where they can enrol their child to fulfil his dream to become space scientist.

And when they came across ESRO Magica, they said "Yehi hai right choice baba, Yaha, in ESRO Magica." 

But more than only us, it's Avnish mother from home and his father from 1200 km distance was supporting him and inspiring a lot of parents all over the world to trust the ability of their child.

We figured out that this space educaton thing is something that comes with a heavy cost & price (in terms of money and time both) to us & we were easily able to figure out out of our passion and empathy, how at a reasonable investment & easily reachable way a student/space enthusiast can learn this through the most reliable platform, i.e ESRO Magica & what should be their career path in order to launch their career in Space.

Now you can figure out why we came up with "Cosmic Curriculum Committee" (C3) Board & Club & Our Online & Physical Residential Bootcamps.

Plus our events, which all the space enthusiast of us (Team ESRO Magica) we conduct together.

Our individual success was massively delayed and that too at a very very high cost in terms of money and time both because of the lack of right direction.

So we had to create a path where upcoming generation will have not to face pains like us and explore the pleasure what their parents wants for them.

Just imagine (specially parents) if we had the same kind of mentoring in our early days that we provide inside our ESRO Magica, C3 Board & in our programs, we would have achieved success much faster, we would have tried hundreds of fewer tools, a lot less money in learning things by ourself & a much lesser time before finally getting to understand how to make dreams come true, in reality, and how sky is not the limit, specially in the field of space science & technology.
